Shop & gift voucher terms

Last updated: 6 November 2026 · Wix edition

These terms cover merchandise and gift vouchers. Dated ghost-hunt tickets have separate booking terms. This distinction preserves the cancellation rights that apply to each type of purchase.

1. Seller and contact

Heritage Possessed is the brand used by this website. The legal seller name and service address will be displayed here and before checkout opens. Online orders are not currently available.

Contact heritagepossessed@gmail.com or WhatsApp 07703 794 151 about orders, delivery, voucher redemption or cancellations.

2. Products and availability

Black-and-gold images are illustrative design mockups. Product specifications, size measurements, materials, care instructions, availability and dispatch information must be confirmed on the product listing before it is offered for sale. Building a basket or sending an enquiry does not place an order or reserve goods.

Prices are in GBP and include all applicable taxes. The total, including compulsory delivery charges, is shown before payment. No added payment or booking fee applies.

3. Ordering and payment

Check your items, sizes, voucher values, email and delivery information before paying. The server checks the available product options and calculates the price; a basket is not a price guarantee until checkout. A contract is formed when payment is successfully verified and an order reference is issued. Keep your confirmation and receipt.

Payments, when enabled, are handled through Wix hosted checkout and the connected payment provider. We do not store full card details. If a technical error makes payment uncertain, contact us before paying again. We will refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil.

4. Delivery

UK-only delivery is proposed. Proposed standard delivery is £4.95 per order, free when physical merchandise totals £60 or more; the final delivery options and price will be confirmed on the listing and at checkout before sales open. Gift voucher values do not count towards the free-delivery threshold. Email gift vouchers have no delivery charge.

Dispatch information: Delivery times and final product specifications will be confirmed before orders open.

We will notify you about delays and agree an appropriate solution. Unless a different delivery period is agreed before purchase, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract. Your legal rights for late or failed delivery remain available. Gift vouchers are sent to the buyer’s email after verified payment, ready to forward or print; check your junk folder and contact us if needed.

5. Merchandise cancellations and returns

For standard merchandise bought online, tell us within 14 days after receiving the goods if you want to cancel without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return them. For items in the same order delivered separately, the cancellation period normally starts after the last item is received. Contact us by email or WhatsApp, using the cancellation information below; no particular wording is required.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. For a fully cancelled merchandise order we also refund the original standard delivery charge. For a partial cancellation, delivery is refunded where required by law. You pay the direct return-postage cost for a change of mind; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

You may inspect and try goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct only a lawful amount for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Standard Heritage Possessed branding does not, by itself, make an item personalised or remove cancellation rights.

These cancellation terms do not limit your separate rights if goods are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet consumer law. Contact us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.

6. Gift voucher conditions

A voucher is a monetary credit in GBP for confirmed Heritage Possessed ghost-hunt events, not a reservation for a particular venue or date. It is valid for 12 months from issue. The issue date, expiry date, code and value are supplied with the voucher. Event availability, prices, access requirements, booking terms and the 18+ guest rule apply when a booking is made.

Redeem by contacting the field desk with the voucher code before you book or pay for an event. We will check the voucher, confirm the amount applied and record the remaining balance. Part-payment is allowed and an unused balance remains valid until the stated expiry. A voucher does not pay for merchandise, buy further gift vouchers or automatically secure an event place.

An unused voucher may be cancelled for a refund within 14 days after delivery to the buyer. Contact us before redeeming a voucher during that period so we can explain the effect of making a dated event booking. Once a confirmed dated leisure booking has been agreed, its cancellation terms apply without removing statutory rights.

There is no cash change or cash redemption except where a refund is required by law or by these terms. Vouchers may be given to another person before redemption; keep the code secure. Contact us about a lost code with proof of purchase. If suitable events have not been made available during the voucher’s validity, contact us before expiry to arrange a fair extension or refund of the unused balance.

7. How to cancel

Email heritagepossessed@gmail.com with: your name, order reference (if known), items or voucher to cancel, the order date and date received, and a way to contact you. For example: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods/gift voucher: …”. You may also notify us by WhatsApp 07703 794 151. A paper cancellation sent to the seller’s service address is also accepted. Ask us for practical return instructions, but do not miss a statutory deadline while waiting for a reply.

8. Responsibility, complaints and privacy

We provide goods and services with the care and quality required by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Your statutory consumer rights remain in place.

Send complaints to heritagepossessed@gmail.com with your order reference and details. English law applies while mandatory consumer protections and any rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction within the UK remain available. Read our privacy policy for information about order data, delivery details, payment references and voucher records.
